Today I made 2 small ground pork burgers. They were delicious and I will give a great tip when it comes to lean cuts of meat as the ground pork I bought is very lean. They can easily dry out if you cook the lean meat because there is barely any fat surrounding the meat. So what did I do? I cooked them in coconut oil and the oil allowed the meat to cook and absorb the fat, making it taste nice and tender. The same can be done with anything like butter, lard, or any natural oil. I then sprinkled some salt and parsley on the food
